How long does a Quick Care Visit take?
Most Quick Care Visits are completed the same day, often within a few hours. It depends on the work needed — a battery swap is usually quicker than a strap fitting with seal retest. We'll give you an honest time estimate when you drop in or enquire.
My watch was worn in the sea — can it be serviced?
Yes, and this is something we see regularly in Phuket. The Automatic Service includes a specific assessment for saltwater exposure — looking at gasket condition, crown seal integrity, and any signs of moisture ingress. We document what we find before committing to any parts.
What brands do you work with?
We work across a broad range of Swiss, Japanese, and European movements — from everyday automatics to vintage dress watches. Contact us with your brand and reference number if you'd like to check suitability before bringing the piece in.
How much does a Collector Restoration cost in total?
The listed price of ฿32,000 covers the core restoration scope. Depending on the piece, additional parts or specialist refinishing work may be quoted separately — always with your approval before proceeding. You will never receive a bill above what you agreed to.
Can I leave my watch while travelling and collect later?
Absolutely. Many of our clients drop a watch off at the start of a stay and collect it before their flight home. For longer restoration work, we can hold the piece securely and arrange shipping to an address abroad — details discussed when you enquire.
Do you offer condition assessments with no obligation?
Yes. Bring your piece to the studio and we'll take an initial look at no charge. We'll tell you what we see and what we'd suggest — and you're under no obligation to proceed with any service. We'd rather you left with accurate information than a service you didn't need.
